All real estate salespersons and brokers are required to successfully complete 12 hours of continuing education courses during the 24 months prior to each license renewal date. 
 

Courses include the latest curriculum approved by the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure Board of Registration for Real Estate Brokers’ and Salespersons’. Each course is 2 hours at a cost of $20 per course.

The Massachusetts real estate license renewal fee  for a two-year period, is $127 for a broker license, $127 for an associate broker, and $93 for a salesperson.
